Refund Policy

On cancellation or return, Encirckle returns you the order value for prepaid orders. In case of online payment, the refund will be credited in your source account whereas, for COD, it will be credited in your bank account registered with Encirckle. PLEASE NOTE: In case you handover an extra/wrong product, the refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the app.

Return Policy

• Product has to be in original & unused state
• Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
• We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

cancellation Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service 044-43565821. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
